SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
SPONSOR THE Leigh Folk Festival
Leigh Folk Festival is a long-established staple of the local and UK folk scene that takes place against the beautiful backdrop of Leigh-on-Sea, within the City of Southend-on-Sea. Running since 1992, it welcomes thousands of visitors to a majority free-to-attend cultural staple that celebrates a broad spectrum of music and performance. It is run by community arts charity Leigh Folk Arts and its team of dedicated and passionate volunteers, which makes grassroots culture accessible-to-all.
This annual event that can provide opportunities to increase brand profile and put products and services in front of 8,000+ festival-goers with our sponsorship packages.
Sponsorship offers you brand visibility, access to an ABC1-heavy audience, and alignment with strong CSR values including sustainability, fair artist pay and community access. Your support would place your brand at the heart of one of the region’s most trusted cultural events.
Each of our sponsorship packages offer participating brands considerable direct exposure to festival attendees, and publicity across the region to help raise brand awareness and increase business levels. Leigh Folk Festival’s multi-venue approach means that across the event there are a host of options for you to celebrate with staff during the summer season or to host clients. Plans for 2027 include the return of the Signature concert, and a comedy night.
The Leigh Folk Festival committee is passionate about showcasing an eclectic and exciting mix of music performances, artists and activities and we hope you are too. Sponsorship provides a unique opportunity for your business to show support for this unique festival, promote the region and benefit from the many marketing opportunities on offer.
You would be partnering with a trusted, transparent charity with a strong track record of delivering the festival. Leigh Folk Festival is arranged by Leigh Folk Arts (Reg. Charity No. 1171298). Your organisation can confidently include this partnership within CSR and annual impact reporting.
As a small, self-funded arts charity run by volunteers, your support would directly fuel artist pay, inclusive programming and the sustaining of a cherished event. With rising costs (circa £50k per annum) and our desire to enhance the festival and create more community events, your support is now more important than ever.
