Join Us to Revive the Leigh Folk Festival in 2025!
Leigh Folk Festival, a beloved community event, needs your support to return in 2025! We're hosting a special fundraising event featuring three incredible acts, and we invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening of music and community spirit.
M.G. Boulter
A local treasure, M.G. Boulter is a songwriter and musician from Leigh whose reputation is growing nationwide. Having collaborated with artists like Conor Oberst, Neil McSweeney, and Paul Heaton, Boulter's talent has graced prestigious stages such as the Royal Albert Hall. His latest album, ‘Clifftown’, offers a unique exploration of English seaside suburbia, blending vivid imagery of neon lights and seafronts with the solitary charm of Essex's saltmarsh.
2WaL
Mark Schubert's latest project, 2WaL, showcases his relentless creativity and musical innovation. Known as a ‘musical alchemist’ and pioneer of the ‘heavy western’ sound, Schubert’s one-man army of songs promises a dynamic and captivating performance.
Cable Car
Michelle Bappoo's latest musical endeavor, Cable Car, takes a folk turn, highlighting her silken voice and sure-footed songwriting. Her gentle aesthetic and poignant lyrics will provide a soulful addition to the evening's lineup.
By attending this event, you'll not only enjoy top-tier musical performances but also contribute to the revival of the Leigh Folk Festival in 2025. Together, we can bring back this cherished celebration of music, culture, and community. Don't miss out—join us and be part of something special! Get you tickets today!
